• To consider elements of effective leadership in developing practice and provision for 2 year-olds
• To identify aspects of practice and provision to change and develop within settings
• To share experiences of the challenges of leading change

• Small group online discussions
• Undertaking inter-sessional tasks within the workplace using practitioner enquiry
