Digital documentation using a thinking protocol –
The Thinking Lens and Storypark – Online
‘Questions … are the beating heart of research’, (Pelo, 2018, p.176)
KU’s Keran Elgie is quoted in ‘From teaching to thinking’ as describing the ‘Thinking Lens as a series of little stop signs reminding educators to pause for reflection’ (Pelo, 2018, p.166)
This online workshop will explore how the ‘Thinking Lens’ can be used as a protocol for thinking within digital documentation. We will discuss questions such as:
- What are the benefits of using a thinking protocol?
- How does it apply practically using digital documentation?
This is a writing workshop with a discussion to follow. To get the most out of this session:
- Please bring along an observation to consider, using the thinking lens, during the workshop
- Participants will require video and speaker capability to fully participate in the workshop and breakout groups.
