At Green leaves Early Learning Centres, we take pride in building innovative and sustainable learning environments and practices in our state of the art, purpose-built centres. Our offering is unique, and for us, it all comes down to the little things. Our team genuinely care about the learning experience of the children in each of our 46 centres throughout Australia.

It’s an exciting time in our business, with further growth in the pipeline. To support this growth, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us based in our national Support Office in Murarrie, Brisbane.

You will work closely with a dedicated group of Centre Directors and Operational Support Managers to ensure we have a proactive talent pipeline to efficiently recruit talent and effectively resource our centres across the group.

Day to day, you will be involved in the end to end recruitment role by sourcing talent, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, assisting with the decision-making process, completing references, offer, contract generation, on-boarding and induction.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A background in recruitment, with at least 1-3 years talent acquisition experience, coupled with some experience/interest in early learning OR a strong background in customer relationship management and a desire to learn about recruitment
  • A solid understanding of early learning, and the roles and responsibilities within a Centre (not essential but ideal)
  • Strong relationship
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Fresh ideas and an interest in refining our recruitment and on-boarding processes
  • Experience with systems, preferably an Applicant Tracking System
  • Amazing people skills in order to engage candidates and work with our wonderful teams.

You will be:

  • Commercially minded, with the big picture in mind
  • A critical thinker who can identify a quality candidate and analyse suitability
  • Passionate about building strong relationships, engaging and collaborating with others
  • Process-driven to ensure efficient and effective recruitment and resourcing to our teams
  • A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude who is happy to muck in to help and support the team
  • Supportive and positive, and a strong leader in your own right
  • Wanting to grow your career and immerse yourself in continuous learning.

If you are driven by outcomes and want to contribute to our forward thinking and creative recruitment team, join us now!
