The Organisation

This is a very rear opportunity to work with one off Australia largest providers of quality early childhood care.  The organisation seeks an experienced Regional manager or someone with transferable skills.

The Role

Working closely with your the Area managers, your role will be to support and guide each leader in your management.  You will be responsible for providing direction, coaching and support to a team of Area Managers to excel in achieving operational, business and reputational objectives.

  •  Develop and lead a high performing team of Area Managers and Centre Managers.
  •  Inspire the team with a shared passion.
  •  Fosters a culture of diversity, inclusion, teamwork, fairness, achievement, fun at work, and recognition.
  •  Responsible for regional communication and expectation setting.


Job Requirements 

  • 5+ years of multisite operational leadership experience .
  • Proven ability to develop high performing, engaged teams.
  •  Passionate belief in the early years care, development and education of children.
  • Strong ethics and genuine approach towards child safety and WHS.
  • Sound financial and commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrated P&L accountability.
  • Strong time management and organising skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative, capacity to work without supervision and confidence in decision making.


Qualifications Required:

  • Approved working with children clearance as per state requirements.
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates.
