The opportunity
We’re looking for 2 part-time PLD trainers in a contractor role who are based in Sydney and WA


Role description
Primarily responsible for delivering PLD packages, working with networks from a headoffice level to services, providing updates, delivering webinars and in-person training
on all things Storypark.

You will report directly to Sharon our Global Professional Learning and Development (PLD) manager. You will also work closely with the PLD team and support the Account
Managers, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams.

  • are experienced in using all aspects of Storypark
  • have flexible work hours, (you may be required to work evenings and weekends)
  • reside in Western Australia or Sydney region

From the moment someone joins Storypark we are there beside them each step of the way to ensure they get the most value from our product. You’ll be working directly
with customers to help them become avid and passionate Storypark users.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and deliver in-person and online training on an ad-hoc basis as required by Storypark’s customers and requested by Storypark’s Professional
    Learning and Development Manager
  • Deliver PLD packages to your allocated networks/centres which may include meetings with customers, quarterly reporting, bespoke webinars, quarterly
    reporting and training as detailed in their PLD package agreement or renewal contract.
  • Provide demos and support to piloting and trialling customers as requested
  • Provide monthly webinars as required
  • Assist in the customisation of training resources for the Australian context on an as-needs basis
  • Assist in updating and creating content for our demo site and webinars on an ad-hoc basis
  • Attend and contribute to our monthly Professional Learning and Development team meetings and team training sessions
  • Keep an up to date record of all PLD provided and meetings
  • Regular catch up meetings with the PLD Manager
  • Support conferences where required
  • Contribute to Storypark’s Professional Practice Community on Facebook, and social media content


Workload: approximately 20 – 40 hours per month which will involve working during the day, some evenings and weekend work (there is potential for these hours to grow
over time)
