– Permanent Full Time Position
– Combination of both Split Shift and Block Shifts
– Very supportive organisation who prioritises educator wellbeing.

– This service has children who attend with additional needs and will require additional support and patience by the educators. You will be required to liaise with key stakeholders such as KU Inclusion services and the families.
– Above Award Rate! $75k – $85k depending on experience and qualifications.
– Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service.
– Spend some time on the floor engaging with the children and mentoring the educators.
– Develop and increase the knowledge of the current staff at the service through training and mentoring.
– Be surrounded by a team of passionate and lively educators who create an environment that nurtures children’s development and learning.
– Engage with parents and stakeholders, and create and maintain lasting and meaningful relationships.

– Small service: licenced for 60 children. – Approx. 35-45 Children attending ASC daily
– Service operating hours: 6.30am – 9am & 3pm – 6.30pm
– Service is on school grounds in a shared space and also picks up children from another local public school in the afternoons!
– Service has many outdoor spaces and facilities for the children to play!
– This service has children who attend with additional needs and will require additional support and patience by the educators.
– No Vacation Care at this service – you will be able to work at a near-by service in the school holidays.

– Required: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care, Diploma, or extensive and proven experience in a similar role at a similar sized service.
– Required: You possess a valid and current HLTAID012– ‘Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting’ Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
– Required: You possess current CHCPRT001– ‘Identify and respond to children and young people at risk’ training (or willingness to obtain).
– Criminal History Check.
– Required: Valid and current NSW Paid Working with Children Check.
– Required: Ability to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status.

Looking for an individual that understands, adheres, and promotes The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations. In your position, you will help to create a culture, adopt strategies, and take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.
