anzuk is proud to be working in partnership with the leadership team at Kensington Community Children’s Cooperative (KCCC); a not-for-profit community-based service governed by a committed group of parents with extremely dedicated and highly qualified staff.

KCCC is an inclusive, nature-based community service that provides a language-enriched play-based program to support the holistic development of every child. The opportunity:

The General Manager position is the most senior leadership role within the organisation.  Reporting to the Board of Directors you will lead the staff in the provision of excellent early years programs and ensure the effective and efficient operation of KCCC.

Working with the Board you will bring to life KCCC’s Strategic Plan and develop a vision where children, staff and families can develop to their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing early childhood education services, leading change and renewal as well as previous experience with financial systems and managing budgets.

The Candidate

You will be Diploma or Bachelor qualified Early Years professional with 3+ years’ experience in multi-site management or a centre director with a minimum of five years’ experience who possesses strong business acumen and experience managing large services.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.  In addition, you will have a proven track record in the management of budgets, rosters and policies.
