Brewarrina Aboriginal Integrated Child and Family Centre was established in Brewarrina to be a focal point for Aboriginal, vulnerable and disadvantaged families and children. We provide a safe, culturally inclusive, accessible place for children and their families to connect, grow and learn together.

Brewarrina AICFC values our educators and our families, and we are committed to providing the highest quality early learning and care experience for our children. We are seeking a full-time coordinator to take on the lead role of setting-up the service delivery for the Childcare Service.

The Service coordinator will:

  • Have a Diploma in Children’s Services or actively working towards.
  • Experience working in an Early Childhood Education & Care Service and is an Experienced, dynamic team member and leader
  • Has a sound working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Able to build partnerships with families and other key stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience working with children and their families with additional needs.

We also have one fully furnished two-bedroom two-bathroom accommodation we would be willing to provide to the successful applicant at low rent prices.



  • Diploma in Children’s Services
  • Demonstrated experience working in an Early Learning and Care environment
  • Current Fist Aid Certificate
  • Current ‘Working with Children’s Check’
  • An approved anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management training
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Education and Care Services National Regulations under the Education and Care Services National Law.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years learning Framework
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Child Protection Regulations and associated policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the importance of the implementation of the Service’s Policies, Goals and Philosophy
  • To lead staff with the implementation of the “National Quality Standards as per the Services Philosophy, goals, policies and procedures
