Our Mawson Lakes centre is within walking distance to public transport, making commuting to work a breeze. The centre caters for 112 children and boasts 6 creative learning hubs which are purposefully designed with modern sustainable resources.
The role
  • Plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
  • Engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
  • Knowledge of many different early years theories with no “one size fit’s all”
  • Understand the image of child and able to support educators with this
  • Establish community connections for transition to school programs
  • Team-player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
  • Oversight to ensure the centre is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment



  • Studying towards or hold an ACECQA approved Bachelor qualification
  • Current Working with Children’s Check/ DCSI
  • Current RAN training certificate
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
