A full time and a part time Early Childhood Teacher role is available in our rural long day care service.

What Will Be Expected of You

  • 3- or 4-year degree qualification in Teaching/Education (Early Childhood)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualification
  • Child Protection qualification and knowledge of NSW Child Protection Legislation
  • Ability to work as a Responsible Person in Charge
  • Experience planning and implementing an early childhood curriculum incorporating the Early Years Learning Framework
  • A professional, inclusive, and collaborative approach to the early childhood sector
  • Dedication and innovation to providing high quality environments and programs for all children
  • Social capital that promotes citizenship and community awareness
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to actively lead and collaborate with a team providing quality outcomes for children in the early years
  • Experience in a supervisory/leadership role in an early childhood education and care setting.
