Giggletree is a boutique childcare management and consulting service that delivers an exceptional level of support, guidance, coaching and mentorship to our teams at the services we manage.  As a Development Manager – you develop ALL aspects of a Centre’s business – from family relationships, impacting on educational practice, contributing to teamwork – through to departmental liaison and project management.

 

This role is to oversee  5 centres, located in the Brisbane area. Giggletree is based in North Lakes, with services across Australia, you will be required to travel to different centres in the Brisbane area as well travel to our head office in North Lakes on a weekly basis.

 

We’d love to talk with suitably qualified, experienced, passionate and talented individuals who fulfil the capabilities we’re looking for:

  • Hold a Diploma qualification, or above
  • A current working with children check card
  • Extensive Knowledge of the NQF and EYLF with a solid understanding of the National Child Care Regulations.  Your previous experience with A&R is important
  • Demonstrably strong relationship building skills
  • Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have efficient time management and reporting skills
  • Previous experience as a Centre Director is essential – you will have led a successful team and have a real understanding of the challenges and priorities of this role
