As the Product Implementation Manager (product as a service, not digital or IT products), you'll bridge strategic vision and execution, translating product and partnership strategies into reality. Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you'll work with Service Delivery teams to implement our outside school hours care programs across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions for children, families, and school partners.
Role responsibilities
- Implementation Strategy & Project Management: Develop and execute a clear implementation strategy, oversee all project phases, manage resources and risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with Service Delivery.
- Training & Support: Partner with JAG Experts Academy and Service Delivery to create and deliver training programs for high-quality service and seamless implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Service Delivery, product development, marketing, and operations teams, and engage with internal and external stakeholders for successful product roll-out and continuous improvement.
- Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Monitor product performance post-implementation to identify improvements and ensure all implementations adhere to regulatory requirements, including National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place guidelines.
