anzuk has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood professional with tertiary teaching experience and qualification to lead and coordinate the Master of Teaching (Early Childhood) and the Graduate Diploma Early Childhood.

The main role of the Team Leader is to lead the team of Teachers, Placement coordinators and Markers. The Team Leader will also assist with program development, coordination of students professional placements and teach core units.
About You:
The ideal Team Leader will bring previous leadership experience in a similar role or in the Early Years sector at a Director level or above.
Additionally, having prior teaching experience in a higher education environment is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be an engaging team player, committed to delivering excellent work and inspiring others.
The role is based in Melbourne CDB with easy access to PT.
Application requirements:
- Previous experience in Adult Education.
- Teaching qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Leadership and management experience in early childhood education and care, and knowledge of related contexts and policies;
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
