About the Role:

As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and educational programs for the service. You will lead a team of passionate educators, ensuring that every child receives a nurturing and enriching learning experience. Your responsibilities will include curriculum development, staff management, parent engagement, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality Montessori education.
• Develop and implement innovative educational programs that cater to the individual needs of each child.
• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes creativity, independence, and holistic development.
• Build strong relationships with parents and the community to support the growth and well-being of every child.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or above (or ACECQA assessed equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in a Director role within an early childhood education setting.
• Strong understanding and commitment of Early Childhood  and practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving educational excellence.
