If you're passionate about leadership and making a real impact in the lives of school-age children, this opportunity is for you. As an OSHC Service Manager in Brisbane's Northern Suburbs, you'll oversee a dynamic and thriving Outside School Hours Care service, guiding a dedicated team while building strong connections with families and the school community. With the support of your Regional Director, you'll have everything you need to excel.

Are you an experienced leader in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, or a similar field? This could be your next big role! A generous remuneration package is available based on your experience.

About the Role

You will lead a successful service with a strong leadership structure, managing daily attendances of 200+. Your team includes a Service Manager, Coordinator, 4 Assistant Coordinators, and 15+ permanent Educators, supported by a pool of regular casual staff. This is your chance to drive a high-quality OSHC program, operating Monday to Friday from 6:30 am – 9:00 am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm (Stay and Play Program), as well as full-day sessions during school holidays (Holiday HQ program).
