The core responsibility of the Senior Digital Performance Specialist is to primarily concentrate on enhancing online visibility, bolstering brand recognition, and elevating customer acquisition and loyalty. This encompasses harnessing a diverse array of digital avenues: social media advertising, content creation and community engagement on social platforms, and optimizing search engine presence to connect with the intended audience.

Your Impact:
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and display advertising, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Monitor analytics and reporting in GA4 and other standard digital marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with the National Digital Marketing Performance Lead and other team members to ensure that marketing campaigns are integrated and optimised for conversion rate.
- Use data and analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee social media community management and provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders around social media usage and community management.
- Examine market and industry reports and identify important trends.
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.

You’ll bring to the table:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing / Marketing role
- Experience in a national, multisite brand environment or franchise model will be desirable.
- Bachelor Qualification in Marketing or related field
- Digital analytics knowledge and skills, across digital platforms including Google Analytics
- Google & Meta certifications will be a strong advantage.
