About You

• Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education 
• Current Blue Care, Police Check + PRODA
• Current Child Protection Training or willingness
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
• Hands-on experience running a Centre, including effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a large team's performance 
• Strong team leadership abilities with experience leading, inspiring and developing a team of professional educators
• Strong knowledge of computer skills, including Qikkids, CCMS, and ISS.
