We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic administrator to join our team, where you will play a key role in supporting our children and families.
Successful candidates will:
- Handle all enquiries, phone calls, and enrolment queries with confidence.
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills and experience.
- Show solid knowledge of financial matters and experience in managing them.
- Be proficient with computers and relevant software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Xplor is a plus, though not required.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, management, and other educators.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, management, and team members.
- Follow and enforce centre procedures, policies, and relevant government regulations.
- Be highly organised, proactive, and possess excellent time management skills.
- Plan and organise tasks efficiently according to priorities and meet deadlines.
- Quickly learn new tasks and work independently.
- Bring a vibrant personality and strong customer service skills to the role.
- Manage account-related tasks, including Direct Debit, fee payments, and CCS.
- Be committed, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Actively participate in all aspects of running the centre.
- Hold a current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, and a Child Protection Certificate.
