Supporting our strong network of Centre Leadership teams across Australia is an ever-growing and evolving Support Office located in Murarrie, Brisbane.

To support our growth journey, we’re looking for a marketing extraordinaire to report to our Head of Marketing as the Social Media Lead. In this brand-new role, you will be tasked with developing a wide range of content and communications, as well as working with our social media landscape, systems and platforms. Your work will elevate our brand, deliver best-practice engagement and drive enquiries, occupancy and recruitment activity.

Day-to-day, you can:

  • Manage and elevate all existing and new social media platforms including Meta, Facebook, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive annual social media content calendar across a wide range of categories and topics, scheduling and posting 30-50 approved planned and reactive weekly corporate content pieces for across the group
  • Engage back with posters across all platforms to build community, and respond to all direct enquiries
  • Guide and mentor fellow team members in best-practice social media use, content development and posting across Facebook Pages
  • Develop always-on campaigns to increase social media followers and engagement
  • Monitor Facebook Pages and Admins, jumping in as ‘coach’ as need be
  • Manage and elevate more than 300 online profiles across three aggregate websites, Google Business Profile and Apple Business Connect
  • Manage the Google Reviews program
  • Bulk post approved scheduled, planned and reactive content across portfolio Facebook Pages, Storypark, EDM and SMS using relevant platforms and tools
  • Elevate Green Leaves customer journey communications, experience and touchpoints
  • Design lead gen programs, and outbound trigger-based lead nurturing and conversion programs
  • Lead a comprehensive content program across internal communication platforms, screens and systems
  • Partner with colleagues and vertical leads across campaigns, content, creative, design and paid digital
  • Report on all-channel / platform insights and performance to inform evidence-based decision-making

Ideally, we’d love you to hold:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or similar
  • Proven experience with at least 5-7 years working at a similar level
  • Significant working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Microsoft 365, Social Studio, WordPress, Facebook, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Storypark, Brandwatch, HootSuite, Click-Up, Google Business Profiles, Apple Business Connect, KindiCare, Care for Kids, and Toddle
  • Strong business acumen, professionalism, attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Masterful communication and interpersonal skills
  • Writing skills worthy of being an absolute grammar/spelling gun
  • A background or exposure to the childcare sector.
