Reporting into the Chief People Transformation Officer, the Head of People Partnerships & Performance is at the helm of the HR Business Partner national operations team, which collaboratively ensures the practical execution of the People strategy. Their primary aim is to establish and integrate People procedures that encourage innovative approaches to work, empowering leaders to take a proactive and confident approach in managing their teams to enhance both personal and business performance across all service areas throughout the nation.
As a member of the P&C Leadership Team, it is your responsibility to ensure the successful delivery of the People strategy and operational performance. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the People strategy, making certain that essential activities and initiatives are integrated across Operational and Centre teams.
