What we’re looking for:-

Lead and promote a positive culture and approach to Quality supported by sector-leading systems and processes. Empower, coach and provide resources to educators to create genuine awareness and respect for quality in action. You will be responsible for ensuring effective actions are taken to satisfy department requests and compliance with the Early Childhood National Law and Regulations (and associated legislation) across the organisation. At Affinity Education Group, you will be part of a team who champion Quality every day, inspiring passion and commitment in our teams.

Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, based in QLD supporting our centres in and around the Gold Coast aswell as Townsville and Roma.
