About the role
As the Professional Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating in-service sessions and consultancy engagements, liaising and supporting our team of early education specialists, and contributing to business development. This role is three days a week (part-time) as part of a job share arrangement.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluate and identify the professional development needs of clients including large service providers for customised Learning & Development sessions and programs
- Provide support for successful running of professional development sessions
- Liaise with team of facilitators and L&D specialists to coordinate and align needs of services and clients to facilitators’ skills and expertise
- Prepare quotation and follow-through with clients for in-service and consultancy sessions
- Contribute to business development through cultivating new leads and nurturing existing relationships
- Provide the administrative and logistical support to ensure a seamless workflow throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Manage resource allocation and workflow to optimise program execution within established timelines
- Identify and implement processes and automation to benefit efficiency
- Provide timely communication in response to enquiries through CRM, phone and email
About you
You are a highly organised professional with experience and knowledge in learning and development coordination, stakeholder engagement and process improvement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving and are passionate about supporting the professional growth of the ECEC sector.
Essential criteria:
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of the early childhood education and care sector and experience within an ECEC service
- Ability to evaluate the training needs of clients/ECEC services to provide the most appropriate professional development offering and/or solution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including highly developed written communication skills
- Strong ability to effectively work and communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Must be tech-savvy with experience using tech systems i.e. CRM and other tech solutions such as Microsoft Office Teams, Zoom
- Diploma of Early Education and Care or Degree qualification (preferred)
- Available 3 days a week – preferably Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
