Position: Preschool Room Leader 

• Location: Rozelle, Inner West 
• Employer: ANZUK Education in collaboration with a reputable centre in Sydney's Inner West  
• Type: Full-time
• Qualification: Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalents)
• Responsibilities: 
  Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the preschool room team, fostering a positive, warm and collaborative work environment. 
  Development and implementation of an exceptional educational program. 
  Building trusting relationships with the children and their families

Essential Criteria:

• Diploma in Children's Services OR Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalents)
• NESA accreditation - if applicable
• Previous experience in a Room Leader position
• WWCC
• Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications
• Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS framework
• Excellent communication skills
