About CELA
CELA (Community Early Learning Australia) is the peak body for early education and care in Australia, supporting professionals and service providers nationwide with expert guidance, professional development, advocacy, and resources.
About the Role
CELA is seeking experienced professionals to join us on a contracted basis to support and uplift the ECEC sector.
We are looking to engage ECEC leaders who have substantial experience in business operations, particularly in the areas of strategic planning and/or financial management, with the skills to successfully support early education services in implementing new skills through guiding, coaching and mentoring both online and in-person.
This role offers flexibility to professionals who wish to share their knowledge and expertise through CELA’s consultancy and project engagements. The number of hours will vary depending on demand and your level of expertise.
We are especially interested in professionals based in New South Wales, particularly Sydney, but welcome applications from across Australia.
Key Areas of Expertise
Candidates must have expertise in business management within the ECEC context (including strategic planning and budgeting). Additionally, expertise in the following areas is highly desirable:
