Childcare Jobs - Diploma/Cert III educator, Part Time - Central Coast, NSW, Australia

Coastwide Child and Family Services is seeking a passionate and experienced team member to work in our Supported Playgroups, PlayConnect+, and MyTime programs across the Central Coast.

This is a rare and meaningful opportunity within CCFS, a role that holds large shoes to fill. You will be continuing a legacy of support, inclusion, and early intervention for children and families in our community.

 About the Role:

• Facilitate Supported Playgroups – welcoming, relaxed sessions for parents and children to share, connect, and play, led by early childhood professionals.
• Deliver PlayConnect+ Playgroups – designed for families of children aged 0–8 years showing traits of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental delays, or sensory/behavioural differences. No diagnosis required.
• Deliver our MyTime groups – safe, supportive spaces for parents and carers of children with disabilities, offering connection and practical strategies.
• Build strong relationships with families and link them with local services and supports.

Essential Criteria:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (required)
• Strong understanding of child development and inclusive practices
• Experience working with families and children in group settings
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A warm, respectful, and supportive approach
