The Opportunity

ANZUK is continuing their partnership with a reputable Independent School ELC in their search for a talented Room Leader to join the Senior Preschool room and drive their leading school readiness programme. 

This is a fantastic chance to join an outstanding Early Learning School where the children and families are at the heart of what they do.

The centre is extremely team-focused and have succeeded in creating a culture build on collaboration and support. You will benefit from working closely with  the highly experienced Leadership team and the wider school to ensure the children receive a holistic and engaging education of the highest quality, every day.

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelors in in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Staffing: School consistently maintains staffing levels above the required ratio
  
  

Essential Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors in in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• NESA Accreditation - if ECT qualified
• Full working rights in Australia, with no working restrictions 
• Proven experience leading classrooms in Australian Early Childhood Education settings
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team mentality
• Genuine passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences and care to children

Qualifications: 

• Diploma or Bachelors in in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• NESA Accreditation - if ECT qualified
• Valid Working With Children's Check
• Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications
