The Centre 
Join this stunning, purpose-built 40 placed centre based in the St George area. The service has a strong focus on listening to the children's voices and adapting the learning environment to suit this.
Owned by an extremely passionate Early Childhood Teacher, you will be working in a child-first organisation where you can expect ongoing professional development and learning. 

The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Room Leader who is keen to be part of a growing team in a new service. You will be responsible for the development and embedding of a high-quality, school readiness programme, as well as be an integral part of helping new children and families settle into the service.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Room Leader in a preschool age group, and present with a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
You will be excited to join a new and growing organisation where you can make your mark, as well as be a whizz at forming new relationships with families and the local community. 
The successful applicant will ideally be bachelor qualified however the service will consider experienced Diploma candidates!



General Info:

• $37-$47 per hour
• Purpose built centre

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA 

• Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent) - Experienced Diploma candidates are also welcome to apply!
• Working with children check
• Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
