About the org: Our client is a community-based, not-for-profit organization located in Sydney's eastern suburbs. The small centre is dedicated to providing high-quality out-of-school-hours (OOSH) and vacation care for children, and they pride ourselves on their supportive and collaborative environment, where every team member is valued.

Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced OOSH Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, managing a dedicated team of 6 staff members, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and programs for children. As part of the community outreach programme, you will also have the opportunity to manage 4 small community and music events throughout the year to further support the children!
