Your new role
Your role as the lead Early Childhood Teacher in the Preschool room will be to design an exceptional program for the children in your care. You must also have excellent rapport building skills and be looking to engage with families and develop meaningful relationships with children.
The centre has a Reggio Emilia inspired approach to early learning, building nurturing relationships, encouraging independent investigation and championing discussion and discovery. It boasts copious amounts of resources and is staffed well above ratio.

The Ideal Teacher
To apply for this role, you will have had experience working in a Room Lead role previously, and must have a bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood. You will have an in-depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS as well as excellent communication skills and a team focused philosophy. You will be looking to be part of the local community and build genuine, lasting relationships with families.
