The Service
This stunning centre in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is privately owned and operated by local families who have their community at the heart of the service.
Carefully designed and purpose built, the centre has an abundance of indoor and outdoor space for the children to explore. With a dedicated outdoor programme, the children spend regular time out on excursions into their local community, exploring local beaches and growing their own fruit and veggies in the gardens. The preschoolers and toddlers receive regular cooking classes with the centre's resident chef.
The Opportunity
The opportunity for an experienced ECT Lead Teacher to start in 2025 has become available. You will be responsible for developing and delivering high quality programming for the 3-5 age group, whilst mentoring and guiding the team in your room.
Each week you will spend a day out of the classroom collaborating with the other Lead Teachers and receiving PD sessions with one of Early Childhood's industry leaders.

The Ideal Teacher
The perfect candidate for this role will have previous experience in a Lead Teacher position.
In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, and a passion for working with children aged 0-5:
