Position: Centre Director

• Location: Eastern Suburbs
• Employer: ANZUK Education in collaboration with a beautiful not-for-profit service catering for children 2-5. 
• Type: Full-time
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood (experienced Diploma Directors welcome to apply)
• Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a positive, warm and collaborative work environment. 
  Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality standards. 
  Development and implementation of an exceptional educational program

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent) 
• NESA accreditation
• Min 3 years exp as a Director
• WWCC
• Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications
• Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS framework
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with not for profit settings highly desirable!
