Your mission in your new role:
Manage the day-to-day operations and significantly drive centre excellence and utilisation.
Actively engage in strategic areas such as education leadership, recruitment, and facility management.
Lead, inspire, and mentor a large, dedicated team of educators, fostering a supportive, respectful, and friendly environment.
Create long-lasting connections with local community stakeholders, families, and external partners.
Guarantee the fully compliant operation of the service in accordance with the NQS, relevant Acts, and Regulations.
About you:
We are seeking a proven leader with a genuine passion for the sector:
Previous experience as a Centre Director operating at an Exceeding level is highly desirable.
A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
A strong, contemporary understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
A demonstrated history of leading, mentoring, and inspiring large teams.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for stakeholder management.
A dedicated commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
Mandatory Clearances:
A current Working with Children Check (WWC) and Child Protection Certificate.
Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).
