Nestled in the heart of tranquil bushland and sprawling farmland, KU Cobbitty is a 30-place preschool that offers a peaceful, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. With extended hours and a year-round program, including school holidays, we provide a safe space for young minds to explore, grow, and learn. Our deep connection to nature and commitment to sustainable practices shines through in both our indoor and outdoor activities, creating enriching experiences that honor the natural world.

Located in the scenic Macarthur Region, we cater to toddlers and preschoolers from aged 3-5 years 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Every day, we embrace a rich tapestry of cultures and perspectives, teaching our little ones that it’s not only OK to be different, but that our differences are something to be celebrated. The Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Director with proven leadership qualities and strong pedagogical practice. The service is proudly rated as exceeding, this role would suit a director well experienced in A & R, looking to continue to grow practice and develop innovative approaches to curriculum and documentation.

This is a full-time permanent role that will see you working 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday 50 weeks a year. With 2 days being Administration days and the remaining 2 being Teaching Days.
